  • A small home with great features will need just as many photos as a larger house with fewer features.

  • Features like a pool, Spa, patio, front porch, outdoor kitchen, separate living room and family rooms, luxury kitchen, luxury bathroom or canal / lake view, detached structures add value to your home, and need much more time and photos to capture everything.

About me.

After selling real estate as a full time Realtor in southwest Florida since 2013 my favorite part of selling was creating great photos and video for my own listings. I still hold an active Real estate license, I am a Realtor, and have Supra too so you can know you're in good hands. A few years ago I decided to followed my passion for real estate photography and video. I started Ryan O'Donnell Photography in Cape Coral. I have well over 200 agents that use me on a daily basis for photo, 3D tour, floor plans, drone and video work.

You will have the benefit of having a real estate photographer that can capture your listing in it's best light, and has been FBI background checked so you can treat me like any other real estate agent and understands what it takes to get a home sold.

 

Chances are very good that you already know a real estate agent or Realtor that is using me for photography.

 

I currently shoot with 3 Nikon Z6II & Z6 full frame cameras and S-Line premium lenses. My Drone is the Mavic Pro 2 with a 1" camera sensor for amazing image and 4k video quality. My videos are stabilized with the Ronin-S 3 axis camera stabilizer and fluid head video tripods.
